No-Bake Apple Crisp Cups

Cozy meets cool in these No-Bake Apple Crisp Cups – with layers of cinnamon apples, granola, and whipped cream chilled to perfection. These cups are perfect for fall gatherings or a sweet snack that feels like dessert.

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
Cinnamon Apples:
-2 large apples, peeled, cored & diced
-1 tbsp unsalted butter
-1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tsp lemon juice
-Pinch of salt
For assembly:
-1 ½ cups granola
-1 ½ cups whipped cream
-Optional garnish: apple slices, cinnamon sticks

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter
  2. Add diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and slightly caramelized
  4. Remove from heat and let cool complete
  5. Begin layering the cups: add 2 tbsp granola, 2-3 tbsp cooled cinnamon apples, a generous dollop of whipped cream
  6. Repeat layers if using taller cups
  7. Refrigerate cups for at least 30 minutes before serving
  8. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks for a festive touch
