Cozy meets cool in these No-Bake Apple Crisp Cups – with layers of cinnamon apples, granola, and whipped cream chilled to perfection. These cups are perfect for fall gatherings or a sweet snack that feels like dessert.
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
Cinnamon Apples:
-2 large apples, peeled, cored & diced
-1 tbsp unsalted butter
-1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tsp lemon juice
-Pinch of salt
For assembly:
-1 ½ cups granola
-1 ½ cups whipped cream
-Optional garnish: apple slices, cinnamon sticks
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter
- Add diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and slightly caramelized
- Remove from heat and let cool complete
- Begin layering the cups: add 2 tbsp granola, 2-3 tbsp cooled cinnamon apples, a generous dollop of whipped cream
- Repeat layers if using taller cups
- Refrigerate cups for at least 30 minutes before serving
- Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks for a festive touch
