All of our sod is cut fresh to order, so we don’t have pallets just sitting around waiting to be sold. That being said, we do have the availability of sourcing just about any type of sod on the market in our area.
Most pallets are 400sf, but some varieties come as small as 300sf or as large as 500sf.
A standard 400sf pallet has 150 pieces that are 16″ x 24″ each
No, we only sell full pallets
We find that sand based sod works best in our local areas.
Sod is a living organism. As such, its success and livelihood are based on aftercare. We will ensure sod arrives on-site healthy and green; however, once the sod leaves our hands, we are unable to offer any guarantee or warranty since we are unable to oversee aftercare.
Our Floridian climate allows most varieties to be installed year round without issue. The establishment period may take longer during colder months; however, successful installs can be completed throughout all seasons.
Installing immediately is always recommended; however, if that is not possible, sod should be installed within 24-48 hours of harvest at most.
6,400 sf or 711 sy. Smaller mobilizations will incur a mobilization fee.
We are able to provide FDOT certified sod. Please let us know at the time you place your order whether your job will require FDOT certified sod.

11,000 sf or 1,222 sy. Smaller mobilizations will incur a mobilization fee.
Seed is a living organism. As such, its success and livelihood are based on aftercare. We will ensure healthy seed is mixed and applied properly; however, once the seed is applied, we are unable to offer any guarantee or warranty since we are unable to oversee aftercare.

The more notice you can give us the better. The timeframe needed to schedule will depend on the service you need. Sodding typically books out 3-4 weeks, hydroseeding 2-3 weeks, deliveries 1-2 weeks.
Give us your best guess. We can always adjust the quantity needed as we get closer, but we need a rough ballpark so we know how much time to schedule for you.
We will always do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs, but unfortunately it’s not always possible on short notice. If we can make it work we certainly will do our best!
In order to get on our schedule, we will need an estimated quantity, variety, agreed upon price with PO or contract in place, a project location & on-site contact.
